Unwind to beautiful sounds of a full spectrum of Crystal Singing bowls, a Symphonic Gong and other intentionally used international musical instruments. Relax and experience Yoga Nada, which in, “Sanskrit Nada translates as sound, tone, or vibration. Be completely relaxed and find yourself drifting into a deep state of Nidra Yoga which is yoga of sleep. In this hour the vibrations of instruments help realign your energy wheels known as Chakras.
Wear comfortable clothing; Bring your favorite blankets a yoga mat anything that will make you completely comfortable and warm.
