EVENT DESCRIPTION

Unwind, release tension, and immerse yourself in a transformative, full-spectrum sound experience. This session features the celestial tones of Crystal Singing Bowls, the deep resonance of a Symphonic Gong, and a curated blend of intentionally played international healing instruments.

You will be guided into Yoga Nada — a Sanskrit term meaning sound, tone, and vibration — to help calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and connect deeply with your inner stillness.

As you settle into stillness, you will drift into a restorative state of Yoga Nidra, known as the “yoga of sleep,” where the body relaxes fully while the mind remains gently aware.
